3 parts (1.5 oz) of fresh tangerine juice
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
Ice cubes
Add all the ingredients, except the ice, to cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Choose a highball glass and fill it with the ice cubes. Pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with tangerine segments and maybe even an umbrella.
