2 parts (1 oz) of Cachaça Rio 40° Silver
3 parts (1.5 oz) of st-germain
1 part (0.5 oz) of lime juice
1 part (0.5 oz) of grapefruit juice
4 parts (2oz) of cava
1 slice of cucumber
Ice cubes
Add all the ingredients but the cava to the cocktail shaker. Add some ice and shake vigorously. Choose a cocktail glass and strain the mixture into it. Top with the chilled cava. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
